I led Walmart’s content strategy and copywriting for Twitter (now X), shaping the brand’s voice on one of the fastest-moving platforms in social media. From trend-reactive posts to campaign launches, I wrote copy that balanced wit, cultural relevance, and shoppability while maintaining Walmart’s approachable tone. My work spanned major tentpoles—like Black Friday and holiday campaigns—as well as platform-first launches, including Roblox experiences (Walmart Discovered and The Hunt), which contributed to nearly $1M in gift card sales. By blending real-time engagement with strategic brand storytelling, I helped position Walmart as both timely and impactful on X.
